What time is it?

Day 8
June 30, 2016
Driving from Moab, UT to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, AZ

Every device in our car had a different time. We didn't know the actual time until we arrived at the Kaibab Lodge after about 7 hours of driving.

Check out Dave's description at: http://sentenceofdave.blogspot.com/2016/07/how-did-we-do-it.html

Monument Valley

Coyote on the side of the road. He wanted to get on the other side of that fence where the cows were.

Navajo Bridge over the Colorado River

The boys walking across the Navajo Bridge. There are actually two bridges, an old one built in 1929 and an almost identical one built in 1995. The old one is now used as a pedestrian bridge.

Rain clouds over Glen Canyon.

We made it to Kaibab Lodge, just 18 miles from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
We went from red rock and desert landscape to meadows and huge evergreens. The temperature also dropped about 30 degrees.
